Top Malawian rapper Piksy, who is currently in England has said he will fly to Ireland and hold a promising show in Dublin on Saturday 30 April before heading back home.

Piksy will share the stage with ‘Uisova’ rapper Alice Mtanga, popularly known as Nyasa Candy at Teachers Club.
Uisova, a slang that has become popular among the Malawian youth, but Alice performed a song with Lilongwe-based trio Nyasa Queens.
The 23-year-old is a member of Nyasa Queens, Malawi female hip-hop group in but currently in Dublin studying.
Piksy said he is looking forward to the Dublin show.
“Dublin here I come Chimfana Chodziwika ndi boma,” said rapper Piksy of his signature slang.
He is expected to come back to Malawi on the 4th of May and fly to South Africa for a show in Cape town on the 5th for a show on the 7th.
Piksy travelled to UK at the invitation of Malawi Achievers Awards UK with Tsika Msungwana star Sonye and Kanda Bongo Man.
He two Malawian artists flew on Ethiopian Airways as part of the sponsorship deal for the awards.
Malawi Achievers Awards UK project director Felix Banda said the organisers were “grateful” with Ethiopian Airways for their support and encouraged Malawians to use the airline.
